Notes :

- Timely payment of installments is the essence of the agreement.

- Cheque/Bank Draft to be issued in favour of Shakun Infrastructure Development Ltd, payable at Chandigarh.
- Stamp Duty and Registration Charges of the Unit would be paid directly to the Competent Authority as applicable.
